2. What Aido does, and does not, do

Aido gives informational responses about Victorian planning, zoning, NCC compliance, feasibility, and funding. It uses SiteLogic data and other tools. Aido is not legal, planning, certifier, financial, or professional advice. Verify outputs with a qualified professional before relying on them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. We authenticate you via one-time links to that email; anyone with access to the inbox can sign in. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Aido costs $49 AUD per month, billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel from your account. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds. Failed payments may suspend access after our payment recovery period.

5. Acceptable use

You must not scrape or automate Aido beyond ordinary use. You must not extract source documents wholesale. You must not present Aido outputs as professional advice. You must not attack, probe, or bypass service security.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the queries and content you submit. We retain ownership of the Aido service, its prompts, and its underlying systems. Source data cited by the agent (e.g. SiteLogic) is owned by its respective providers.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide Aido "as is". We exclude warranties that the law allows us to exclude. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded.
